Return and Refund Policy
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.
Returns
We only accept returns for items that are defective or incorrect due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong item sent, damaged upon arrival). Return requests must be made within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and proof of purchase.
Please note:

Do not send returns to the sender's address on the package. Contact us first to receive the correct return address.

Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.

Some items are non-returnable, including:

Intimate or sanitary items (e.g. lingerie, underwear)

Beauty and skincare items

Jewelry

Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)

Gift cards and digital downloads

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
1. Not Satisfied with Your Order
If you're not fully happy with your purchase, please email us. We may offer up to a 100% refund, depending on the situation.
2. Damaged / Wrong / Missing Items
If you received a damaged, incorrect, or missing item:

Keep the shipping label.

Record an unboxing video if possible.

Take clear photos showing the issue on a flat surface with tags visible.
No return is needed in these cases — we’ll send a replacement once confirmed.
This warranty does not cover:

Accidents or misuse

Improper care or normal wear and tear

Damage from sun exposure

Modifications
Requests must be made within 15 days of delivery.
3. Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we will resend it at no cost. If you prefer a refund instead, we must wait 15 days to confirm it won’t be delivered. Proof from your local post office may be required.
4. Undeliverable / Disposed Packages
We will resend any package that was disposed of by the post office — if the shipping address was valid. If the address was entered incorrectly or the recipient was unavailable, refunds or resends do not apply.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase.

If cancelled within the first hour, you will receive a 100% refund (excluding any tip added).

If cancelled between 1 to 6 hours, a 70% refund will be issued (30% is retained as a processing and management fee).
Once your order moves into advanced preparation, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, contact us at support@indieclothingshop.com.
